Refund Policy

ViralRemix is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. Because we provide immediate access to our viral content database and AI processing power upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds once a billing period has started. However, we are committed to fairness and handle requests on a case-by-case basis.

Monthly plans are billed in advance on a recurring 30-day cycle. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

For first-time annual subscribers, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with ViralRemix, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not processed more than 5 remixes.

Early Cancellation

If you cancel an annual plan after the first 7 days, you will not be refunded for the remaining months. However, you will continue to have access to all features until the end of your 12-month commitment.

Technical Issues

If a technical failure on our part prevents you from using the Service for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a credit or a partial refund. This does not apply to issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., social media API changes).

Duplicate Charges

If you are accidentally charged twice for the same billing period due to a system error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge immediately upon verification.
